Cyber Intimidation

At the very outset please be informed that this complaint pertains to Cyber Intimidation, over a financial transaction involving my mobile number and perhaps my credit card too, wherein neither I placed an order nor received any commodities. Over a year back I used to receive mobile phone calls from a call centre in Bangalore, stating they represent an organisation by name Simpl pay, based at Bangalore itself. Their contention was that I owe them a sum of Rs 1978, towards supply of provisions through BLINKIT on 28-03-2024, allegedly through a transaction done against my credit card with State bank of India. I had explained to the call centre personnel time and again that I am not privy to the transactions and to check their records and claim the money from its rightful recipients on following counts. a. To my knowledge I, never am subscriber / transacted through Simpl pay. b. On the given date of their claim, I had no dealings with BLINKIT. c. I am a permanent resident of Hyderabad since 1958 and registered with BLINKIT, on my Hyderabad address. d. From the Orders summary of BLINKIT, I noticed that a certain Mr Sunil at Delhi. had received the provisions amounting to Rs 1978. e. I further affirm, that State bank of India had not charged me for the transaction in their statement for the period or subsequently, nor I had received any OTP on the day of transaction ie 28-03-2024. (I did use the card on the day i.e.:, 28-03-2024 for transacting on Amazon) After certain period, they stopped calling me, and I presumed the matter had been sorted out and thereafter I too was away from the country from 25-02-2025 to 19-08-2025. To my surprise from 03-12-2025 I started receiving SMS from Smplp-S for payment of Rs 39864 or to face legal action / consequences like freezing of bank accounts. The messages are subsequently repeated each following day. Their repeated calls in later part of 2024 and everyday intimidation through SMS from 03-12-2024 is causing a lot of stress and anxiety and affecting my health, as I am a senior citizen. Please guide me to not only absolve from this unlawful intimidation but also claim suitable compensation for the hardships endured in this regard by the actions of Simpl pay. Thanking you
