Mental harassment by the President of the society

Can I file an efir against the President of the society for refusing me the membership of the society as well as the membership of the club on the false and baseless ground of non payment of society dues although there are no legitimate dues against me.

Dear Client,
E-FIR to police does not require to resolve a grievance/complaint of a meber of a society against the president or any governing body member. Instead it is resolved following the provision of Bye laws of the Society registered under the M P Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. As per Section 64 of the M.P. Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, any dispute touching constitution, management or business or liquidation of society shall be referred to Registrar by any of the parties to dispute.
For updated information on the subject, you may contact or visit the office of the Registrar of the Cooperative Societies appointed under the M P Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.
