Sir
My parents have registered a will which I want to probate.we r 5 sisters but my parents have not given any share to one of us. Do we need consent of all 4 or 5 to apply for a probate from the court? Further if one of them give up their share as assigned by parents what would be the procedure for obtaining probate?
