Q.Execution of will
Sir
My parents have registered a will which I want to probate.we r 5 sisters but my parents have not given any share to one of us. Do we need consent of all 4 or 5 to apply for a probate from the court? Further if one of them give up their share as assigned by parents what would be the procedure for obtaining probate?

Sir one of my sisters did not take care of parents for one single day.they have not mentioned her anyways in their will. Is it necessary to take her consent for making a probate.?
