I want to know about the contract that i can make

There is a company. I know some loopholes of that company . I will tell them but i want to make a contract to them that will be having t&c on which i will be tell that to them. With that i will be asking them for some reward in any form. I want to know that what terms&conditions i have to put in contract so that they can't play trick.

Since you know the loopholes, you are in a better place to dictate the terms and conditions for the contract you want to draft.
However, depending on the facts of the case, they may differ widely. Contact your lawyer to draft such agreement.
