The case is 6 year old. Teacher started taking physical advantage of 13 year old girl and continued for years . Forcefully deleted all evidences . Can she get justice now without revealing her identity

A.Yes Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) deals with these kind of cases and It will be prudent to lodge a FIR as soon as possible at the police station under whose jurisdiction the alleged offence by the teacher has been committed.
