Neighbour troubling me and my family
we are onwerns of 1st floor in a 3 storey building, 2nd floor owner keeps troubling us, like putting dustbin, in our parking space, my son is 9 year old, they reprimand him every now n then when he goes to park alone in evening, often close doors so that he cant open. They have covered entire open area at the back balcony so that we dont get sunshine, Often open it & throw waters so that my clothes hanging get wet. i live alone with my son most of the times with my husband on buisness travel, so they give me threats that you travel alone, think of it , dont mess with us, we can do anything. etc etc
