Once a complaint is filed online successfully, a ticket is generated and you can acceshe status of complaint by visiting https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/gsticket/. Any complaint against the wrong traffic challan can be lodged within that 60-day. When an e-challan is issued even wrongly to a person, he/she must pay the fine within 60 days of receipt. If he/she fails to do so, a case is registered against them under section 187 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
