Eligibility to kill anyone

I am getting torchered by some redical bengali people working as syndicate or organisation secretary, supported by Bengali community in the name of Bengali community expansion and wellbeing. Wants me to kill people one or more. I wasn't aware of them earlier but now it's too late, they have done their thing as planned, made my parents too sick and I'll and are not providing treatment. They are everywhere, tried 100 to local police to DC to CPGRAMS or whatever I could. Am I eligible to kill someone in this. They know how to manipulate beings, they have shown me india similar with pak and afgan with terrorism with communism.
