Dob correction urgent help

i know i got recent advice on this platform to apply to the J & K Board of School Education in the prescribed application form and get endorsed by the school for verification where i qualified 10th but the clerk again refuses to verify the record saying that how can a 12year old pass 10th .he uses this shield to deny my municipal record of birth. i told him it is the state board who has to decide this .the purpose of attestation of this form is to verify my old record here. schooladmin is blocking the process however the principal is not available. i have notified this to state board authority but they still insist to visit the school. what to do in case im struck between school n board where school is not cooperating reason i mentioned. please advise? what to do in this case?

Send a LEGAL NOTICE to the School (Highly Effective)

A legal notice to:

Principal

School Management

Education Department (CC)

Demand:

Immediate verification of records

Warning of legal action for obstruction

In 90% cases, the school complies immediately after notice.

File a Writ Petition under Article 226

If time is critical (job, passport, service matter):

File before Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court seeking:

Reliefs:

Mandamus directing school to verify records
OR

Direction to JKBOSE to decide DOB correction without school endorsement

Time-bound disposal (2–4 weeks)

Courts treat DOB matters as urgent civil rights issues.

Dear client,
In the given scenario, if the school is a Govt. aided and the State Government also exercise administrative control over the school, then serving a legal notice to the Principal/Head of the School, you can escalate your grievance before the District Inspector of Schools or the higher authorities of the State Education Department requesting them to intervene into the arbitrary and unjustified action of the of the concerned School authority to resolve the issue of non-cooperation by the school staffs in verification of the records of an ex-student endorsing a copy of grievance to the J & K Board of School Education for a quick resolution in the matter.
