One of my subordinate filed case against me in UP State AC-Sat commision Lucknow with false aligation. During investigation Chairman of the said commision found the aligation false against me and close the case. I would like to know what all options are available with complainent if he can: 1. Go to highcourt against that order 2. Go to National SC ST commission. Pls suggest In either case what type of precautions I should take in advance.

A.Dear Sir,
You may seek compensation by filing Civil suit that is defamation case and also file criminal defamation case.

Ok sir, but can complainant move to high court or National SC ST commission, for which what remedy I should take

Decision given by UP SC-ST commission Lucknow in my favour, now just wonder if complainant can move appeal against this order in high court ot national SC-ST commission, what remedy I should take.
