Q.Pension forfeit
Hello sir, Here my question is, if a govt retired employee is taken dowry for his son's marriage(proof is there that he had taken by his name ) and now a streedhana case is going on him and his son, is there any chance to stop his pension temporary / permanent on the grounds of dowry harassment till the case is solved.

A. ) There is much difference between stopping of pay n stopping of pension. Pension being means of retired life's survival is difficult to b stopped in normal circumstances
