Performance related concerns
I joined Intertec Softwares Pvt. Ltd. in July 2025 as a Senior Support Engineer. Shortly after joining, I made significant contributions to the setup of the new Indore branch, supporting both technical and non-technical operations, in coordination with the organization’s existing offices in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Bangalore, and the head office in Dubai. During the initial two months, I worked remotely. Thereafter, I reported to the Bangalore location, where I had previously been based, and later relocated to my hometown, Prayagraj, following HR’s communication that the Indore office was expected to resume operations around December. The organization is headquartered in Dubai under Intertec Systems LLC. My reporting manager, Mr. Praveen Gupta, and my team lead, Mr. Asim Munir, operate from the Dubai office. Mr. Praveen Gupta is based in India, while Mr. Asim Munir is based in Pakistan. After successfully supporting the Indore office setup, I relocated from Prayagraj to Indore. Following this move, I experienced sustained and excessive work pressure from my team lead, Mr. Asim Munir, which led to significant health issues due to prolonged workload stress. I formally escalated these concerns to the HR department. However, despite multiple discussions, I have not received any constructive or satisfactory resolution, reportedly due to management’s continued support for Mr. Asim Munir. At present, the situation has further escalated, with performance-related concerns being raised against me, which I believe are a direct result of the unresolved issues and ongoing work-related pressure. I am seeking guidance on how to continue my role in the organization in a professional manner, while also understanding the appropriate steps to formally address this situation and ensure accountability for those involved or supporting such practices.
