Neighbors construction is causing mental illness

My neighbors that live right next to me had started a renovation around a year and 2 months back. They had not informed us nor took our permission before their renovation. They start demolition work at 6 am from the past year and every morning waking up to construction noise is causing a lot of headache. I want to know what legal actions I can take up against them.

A.Lodge complain with the police, pollution board and other local authorities.
