sir,my name sri ...we have land in 1 acre servey.90...we have all document ut are not in position on land ...what have to do...how can i get position legal

A.dear client in your matter You should have possession and tille to the land for enjoyment and disposal, however you have to take possession of the land, it is better to consult a senior property lawyer to guide,help and reclaim your land possession quickly.

A.I am a senior property lawyer, you should first issue them a legal notice to vacate your land, and if they still stay on, file a eviction suit against them/.

A.You have to file a suit for declaration and eviction against the present occupants. Also much depends on how you originally got the land.
