Good evening sir Actually I need a legal advice regarding one land which was purchased by my maternal uncle in raipur along with three partners - he himself , his wife and my father on 1991. Now , my father died on 2002 and my uncle still not given or shown us our land situated at Raipur and not even proceeded for owner name transfer from my father's to my mother's name . We have reminded him several times for the same requirement but he refused to do the same and told us to wait for some more time. So please suggest the legal way and legal procedure to get the land from him if he refused to give in future.
Thanks

Many many thanks for your suggestions honourable sir.
Please suggest me one more thing that in the given sale deed it's clearly mentioned the name of 3 partners -i,e,my uncle , her wife and my father , but the area partitioned between them is not mentioned anywhere , only total area is mentioned on it . But at the time of birth of my sister he send a letter to my father (which is in Bangla language), where it's clearly mentioned . So whether it's fruitful for us to fight for the actual part of our land.
Please suggest . Thanks

Many many thanks for your valuable suggestions honourable sir.
But he is our part of family and I don't want to fight with him legally as if I do , I and my mom will be bicotted from our maternal family . So please suggest the procedure to transfer the undivided part of land (which is in the name of my father) to my mother's name and from which govt office? , Without taking any personal permission from my uncle and her wife (if possible), and then ask him to separate the land .
Please suggest me full procedure
Thanks
