Threat and Harassment
I've a brother. We have long run propert dispute which is not yet solved. He's an alcoholic. He says that he'll commit suicide. His wife says that if something happens to him he would sue us. We even wanted him to take to rehab centre but he climbed to second floor and has kept weapons near him saying he would hit if someone tries to grab him. He is laying there since then refusing to come down and threatening to jump. I went to police station but they refused to register a complaint. They told to take him to doctor instead. I don't know what to do now.
