Dear Client,
Merely failing to repay a loan does not automatically result in arrest or issuance of a warrant, unless a specific court order is passed after due legal process.
You should immediately communicate with the lender in writing and express your willingness to settle the outstanding amount within a reasonable time. Keep records of all communications. If the lender or recovery agents are threatening arrest or using coercive methods, the same may be illegal and against RBI guidelines.
In case any legal notice, court summons, or FIR is received, your advocate can effectively deal with the matter, including responding to notices, seeking time for repayment, negotiating settlement, and protecting you from any unlawful action.
