Family transfer of a house
Sir. My parents were the joint owner of their self-acquired house in Panchkula. After my father's death, my mother was alloted 100% ownership because my father had registered his WILL and transferred all his share to mother. This WILL was chalanged in court by my sister but the court didn't give any stay. HSVP Panchkula has transferred the share of my father to my mother after following the due legal process. Now can my mother transfer her house in her son's name or not, because the case is pending in the court challenging the WILL of my father.
