Q.Interior Company not paying for damage caused by them
Hi, I have appointed an interior company for my flat. The work got over in 2017. In early march 2019, we went on a holiday. When we came back, we saw the dressing unit collapsed, which has damaged by bed and another unit. They admitted its because of the wrong screw fixing, so they came and fixed the dressing unit, however they changed the design. When we confronted them, they said they will come back and fix it. But they never came.
They are not paying for the incidental damages caused by collapsing of dressing unit.
Also, there are products that has gone bad, even though they give 5 years warranty, they didn't come and fix them. Can i send them a legal notice?
