SIR mujhe eak cheque mila jisko maine bank me jake transection kraya tho ussme paisa ni hone k karan uss cheque ko bounce kr diya gya pr mujhe pta ni hone k karan main uss aadmi ko leagel notice ni kra ska 30 din k andr bt wo cheque me avi time h expire hone me tho ky main usse dubara bounce kra k usse notice send kra skta hu plzzz help me

A.Agar aapke pas jo cheque hai aur bounce hua hai aur wo cheque par tarikh 3 mahine ki vakidity/vaidhta me hain to aap use dobara zarur dal sakte hai aur phir agla legal action le sakte hai

Agar aap ka case strong hai to milna chahiye. Vakil achha hai aur paper support me hai to paisa milne me dikkat nahi honi chahiye

Sir paper tho mere pass bhut h jo usne mujhe likh k de rkha h ki main jo aapka paisa liya hu wo aapko de dunga date likh k diya h wo apne letter pad pe wo Ward commissioner h usaki latter pad pe likh k diya h or 1 ya 2 paper ni blki 5-7 paper diya h hme wo likh k ki maine jo paisa liye h wo dena h
