Passport - management not ready to accept resignation

my friend bought a land i was a just witness in this land, when i went to jeddah embessy for passport renwal i found that a fir are lodge against me. When i called to my friend came to know that his brother with my same name has mentioned in chargesheet after all fir on my name and other one is in chargesheet. 115(2),336(3),351(2),338,318(2),340(2) these are the section. one more thing i was just a witness only nothing to do with this case. now facing passport renwal . If i do something in this case my frnd saying case will be complicated. due to chargesheet . he already applied for qauashing what shoud i do ?

You will have to wait for the quashing to be done or else you come to India and get your name removed by filing an application before the competent court. You also need to the visit the police station and find out that why there is an FIR in your name. Unless you have gotten your name cleared from the FIR the embassy or passport office will take the same stance.
