Animal death due to negligence

I bought a lab puppy from ohhmydog ,andheri west,mumbai.After bringing him he was suffering from diarrhea and running eyes.When we took him to doctor ,they said he is suffering from distemper most probably for over breeding and unsafe enviroment he is brought from.My pup died .We found many cases from the same shop who lost their pups like this.I want to take legal action so no one has to face such loss in future like us.How to proceed further.
