Certify electronic evidence

Hi sir can you please tell me how can I certify call and voice recording with the competent authority to produce it in the court? And how much could be the minimum cost and time to make forensic report of call recording in legal aid case?

What you are asking for little difficult here in India. These kinds of evidence are not directly entertained in Indian Courts unless these proofs have come through the investigation agencies or directly from the owners due to court orders.
There is no authority to issue certification like that. In case you are fighting a case and want to use them then you will have to submit that to the court and court shall pass order to get that verified through forensic, if required.

To certify call/voice recordings for court under Section 63(4) of the new Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, get a notarized/digital certificate from a gazetted officer or notary verifying chain of custody, device details, no tampering, speaker identity, and voluntary nature. File with your evidence affidavit; courts may order FSL/CFSL forensic if disputed.
