Dear Sirr/ Ma'am
I need your help
My problem is that My sister ran away with an unknown boy on 22 July 2019.
Boy's age is under 15-16 and my sister's age is 15 yr .

Yes, My family mber talked to her but she refused to came back .

On Tuesday his father said that i help you but Now He is refusing .Saying that how can i send my daughter-in-law to your home we will keep her in my home
Yes they are belongs to lower family and uneducated family ....[Just mentioning ]
Don't know what will be her life after few month..God know ....

My family want to bring back her .

What should we do to bring her back home ....

She is only 15 yr old

Please suggest me AEAP .

A.File a case under POCSO.

A.Dear client,
As per your statement herewith she is not major and minor girl has coustudy and guardianships stand with parents or her family members.
So you may file FIR at nearest Thana or Police station ,a kidnapping and alluring enticing , 376 rape , forced marriage , also under pocso case, Immediately.

But problem is that even my sister does not want to come back .That's why my parents are fearing that if she could do anything wrong.

You simply file FIR as guided, Law will bring her, as she is minor ,her decision does not matter atall. Also name his father in FIR that his entire family has been conspired allured her
