A.Pehle to aap ye bataye ki aapko kaise pata chala ki ye cheque closed account ka hai?
doorsi baat ki agar wo 2 Saal se bhaaga hua hai, to apnee ahi tak koi police compliant ki hai kya?

A.Agar Company band kar di gayi hai aur agar Company liquidation me nahi gayi hai yeh dono situation me apka marg alag alag rahega. Apko diya gaya cheque valid aur legal jimmedari vala payment ke liye diya gaya hai to aap use istemal karke apka dues ya payment le sakte ho. Apke case ka details adhura hai isliye jada advice dena munasib nahi
