Motor Accident

Two wheeler vs two wheeler accident

Dear sir/ madam I rode a bike and a person without proper indicator turned right and we met with a accident, the opposite party made a complaint against me, in BNS 281 and 125(a), but the mistake is not done by me i rode at 60 to 70 kmph, old man without proper indicator turned right and we met accident at the middile of theroad. But in fir he mentioned he stand at the left. Will this affect my gvt job that is i had registered for compassionate appointment and waiting for job and cutrently preparing for SSC exams

Dear Client,

The FIR under BNS 281 and 125(a) for a road accident is a bailable and minor offence and will not automatically affect your compassionate appointment or future government job. A problem usually arises only if you are convicted by a court, not merely because a case is registered.

Since the accident appears disputed and you were not solely at fault, you should defend the case properly by taking bail if needed and collecting evidence like photos, CCTV, or witnesses. If you are acquitted or the case is closed, it will generally have no negative impact on your government job or SSC career.
