Regarding Property share of my daughter

My husband wants to divorce me. We have 1year old girl child. In my husband name no property but in my mother in law name one house is there that house was build by her own savings but the house build on that land which is my mother in law mother's property which was given to my mother in law at the time of marriage that land name is in my mother in law. 1.That land was owned by my mother in law from her mother so is that land is it ancestral property for my daughter?
2. My daughter having any rights on that land but now it become house that is in mother in law name?
3. My daughter has any rights on house?

A.Yes absolutly your daughter have all the claiming rights on the property until and unless your mother in law makes any will of the property on any other person's name rather than her son, who is father of your daughter,
then also she can claim by taking legal objection steps.
