If the original developer of the project transfers the project to new developer due to lack of funds to complete the project, is the original RERA date also can be extended without paying any compensation to flat buyers?

A.Hello,
The RERA case will go on nonetheless. If the builder is ordered to pay the compensation, he must without fail. It does not matter if he has delegated to other builder.

A.They will need to inform about it to the rera office. Otherwise they are maded agreement with them
