Wrong case filled upon me

One guy tried to occupy my land and he had filled case / FIR (finally surveyor found that survey number is different when doing survey ) now we want file Defamation up on him the bellow mentioned particulars ..
1) Site registration Is not in his Name .
2) Wrong document shown and filled FIR.
3) When he filled case I lose my job .
4) In our village he has spread about case on me.

A.You can file both civil and criminal cases.

Yes file complaint and take NCR copy from police station
