After divorce demands
I am going for mutual consent divorce. Other party has demanded certain things & money. Once given they are ready to end the marriage.
My question is after signing on first date, can anything be changed on the papers to be signed after 6 months period that ends everything?
Second question is, once both the signs(first & after 6month) are done, Court has dissolved the marriage, then anytime in future, can the other party demand anything extra legally?
Can they force me legally to give anything other than written on paper which dissolves the marriage by court?

A.If you are filing a joint petition, then whatever spelt out only will bind you parties nothing more. You should take care abut the language and words, and parties can retract even on the day of final hearing. yoour lawyer should be alert.

A.dear client dont worry, Whether it's before or after divorce, your wife cannot claim right over your self acquired property during your lifetime. However, after divorce, a divorced wife does not get any right over her ex-husband's self acquired property even after the lifetime of of her ex-husband. if you have any query kindly contact.
