Ground of divorce

If a husband wants divorce and he says that his wife had affair before their marriage to him. If she really had affair before marriage but she got married to this man and she never had any affair after marriage and she is loyal to her husband totally. But can he get a divorce on this ground means because of her past life.

A.dear client you cannot question her before marriage life as you were not the part of her life then, but now that you are married with her and if she is still indulged in calls and meetings with her boyfriend then go for a filing a divorce petition as she is indulged in adultery and which is not an offence for woman according to our law.
