Have purchased a PAY ROLL AND HR MODULE from a Software company in Gujarat. Have paid them license fee for a period of one year w.e.f. 01.01.2018. The software is not working at all. None of the payroll information is being generated. Company's support cell unable to resolve the issue. Have written so many times to Company, but all in vain. Please suggest whether a complaint has to be filed in Consumer Forum or what else action can be taken against the Company.
