Dear Sir,
My mother has given the police complaint about two women police whoever has hit my mother. Now the complaint receipt has generated. But now I asked the enquirry details and complaint copy through RTI act on my name instead of my mother since she is uneducated and old. But the PIO has declined response in the RTI response as they Cannot share those details since I AM the third person... please advise me how can i appeal to FAA
