Is there any time frame for husband and wife should stay alone for one year or more to file mutual or non mutual divorce?
Please advise...

A.it is better if you wait for one year.

A.one year separation is mandatory for filing mutual consent divorce,
but for a contested divorce, no such condition

A.In mutual consent by divorce no need but regular divorce it is necessary
