Hello please give valuable advice if we break any bond in a small company?? Then what the company will have the right to do against me, Actually I joined there for QA Engineer position and I signed for 3 yrs service agreement, but there is no team for QA and no procedures followed and no career growth for me if I work there,finally they assigned me for Application Support and am not interested work there so I sent my resignation email and am not going to office also.

A.They are at liberty to file a suit for recovery of money against you.

A.Hello,
They cannot stop you from resigning unless you work for the competition for the same post you were serving in this company. Bond agreements are limited to that. Rest, you are free to choose whatever profession as your fundamental right.
