It's been 10 long yrs of our marriage. my husband is addicted of taking loans Nd wasting money to earn more money by adopting all short cut ways like share market, mutual funds etc. Nd has always been losing money eveytime. recently wasted 224000 rupees in share market. he is habitual of dis in his nature. I m too working Nd hv to fullfill all expenses of home Nd children. he wants me to keep working Nd meet all expenses Nd other financial needs. he wants to stay free from his duty. Bcoz of dis our social image is also going down which is affecting me Nd my children's life. We r suffering lose of other things too bcoz of bad image.evryone treats us badly Nd like as if we r money minded Nd frought people. I m worried for my children's future. U plz advice both morally Nd legally dt wht should I do?? Coz things r now out of limit. My in laws r careless Nd hv left everything upto me dt I hv to correct my hsb D's dis habit. Dy hv nthing to do wid dis. plz help.thanks.

A.Try to convince him. And you can send him a legal notice stating that if he doesn't start working and doesn't stop forcing you then you will separate from him, so that he understands.

A.either start living separately or file petition of judicial separation against your husband,

No . You can live separate from ur husband only otherwise file judicial separation suit.
