Illegal retrenchment and one month notice pay not been paid ,How to recover.I was appointed through an appointment letter in exchange for Advertising but without showing any clause terminating me, either sude one month notice have to be issued either for leaving service or any retrenchment, but nothing was maintained, and no one-month notice pay was not released. I will arrange only to pay only when all complaint lodge to govt offices
