To vacante a house occupied by my elder brother

1)When my father was alive I had bought a house from my elder papa which was situated side of my papa's house.The house is in the name of my father's name only,as I was working out side of state.Money was provided by me.Only my mother is alive now. 2) My elder brother is doing nothing and a mad person.When my father was alive he was beating to him and closing the house door of my father's side and his family and both of my father and mother were out side thr home always.so I told my father to shift my side and cooking was made my side to normalise the situatation.Now my father is no more.So I told him to vacante my house and shift to your side.Now he is demanding that my side is also his.Because I have to stay in my side & to convert all the documents proper. 3)Mother is the key person to raise the dispute.As both of my parent were illeterate and are quarelling to a simple problem also.Lookimg to it elder brother drugged himself and take advantage of it without doing any work.Mother has no ownership as like us.All are in between three.I made a meeting with my local relatives as mother has no share,she will get respect from both of us and can stay on her own willing with whome side will stay.She choosed to stay with elder brother. 4) All documents are in name of my father and some are in the name of my grand father which I want to convert to our three name(myself ,mother & elder brother) 5) But both the house is occupied by my elder brother and he is breaking my box locks & taking my saural gifts also kept in my side,I want to send a legal notice to shift to his side.Presently my family is staying in orissa at bhubaneswar & my own hose is at berhampur,Dist-ganjam.So I want to send a legal notice from bhubaneswar, is it possibel?
