Send a formal email / legal notice to HR and management asking for immediate settlement.
Mention:
Date of resignation
Last working day
Completion of notice period
Delay beyond statutory time
Give 7 days time to settle.
File complaint with Labour Authority
If they still do not pay, you can file a complaint before:
Assistant Labour Commissioner / Labour Inspector
under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1961
Office: Labour Department, Government of Karnataka
They can:
Call the employer for enquiry
Direct payment of dues
Initiate penalty for violation.
Claim with Labour Court
If payment is still not made, a claim can be filed under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 for recovery of salary dues.
