Not alloted of booking flat

Sir, I have booked flat 3 bhk in 2014 Dec before coming rera . In may 2019 approval completed by rera. Now builder telling I will not give you flat due to govt policy changed because you booked before rera. They have booked more customers now flat is less. I have told if at all required you cancel as per booking date. But he is telling I have allotted.i also told before information and after 5 years waiting you are telling like this. now he is not attending phone no reply .I have mou in1000 rs stamps paper and receipt.

A.If any amount is paid Builder is under obligation to adhere to d Agreed terms. U can issue legal notice and subsequently file Complaint in RERA or Consumer Forum or Commission as per valuation of ur claim including interest on amount u paid to the builder and compensation for harassment n legal expenses

A.File complaint against them immediately to the rera department you will get compensation from builder
