I have purchased two mobiles for my office colleague through my RBL credit card on 4.12.2018 on EMI basis both mobiles tenure is 9 months (Rs. 1288.2/month + Rs 1657.66/month = Rs 2946) , he has paid Rs. 8468.00 only. After that he stop paying EMI because he left the company. Now his total repayment amount is Rs. 20000. Now what should I do, how can I take action.

A.I think u should clear dues even he is not paying becoz ultimately ur credit score will b affected. Recovery process can also b initiated against u only. Better u clear d dues and if u have proof for payment on his behalf u can recover money from his through legal process
