Sale of land classified as service inam land in revenue records

Subsequent to your response earlier we have following further questions. 1. Can't we get protected u/s 10B of inam abolishan act 2. We are paying water tax every year to the department and occupied the property can't we get protected under adverse position since it crossed more than 30 years condition
