It has been 5 months Since landlord took my xerox of Adhar card For agreement papers,but still he Didn't has given me the papers for 11 months agreement despite asking him For many times,He further stated that the agreement papers amount will be shared (50.50) now as I tenant do I have right to ask the bill for overall procedures for agreement papers?
