Help for Cort case direction

Mera domestic violence ka case 5 year se chal raha pr abhi tak kuch Hua nhi.
Ab advocate high court set direction karane ko bol rahe. Isse koi help milegi mujhe.?
Or iski kitni fee hogi.
Please help me ?

A.Getting a direction from HC shall put pressure on the lower court to dispose off thuis matter in a stipulated time period.

A.U can apply Trial Court for speedy trial or file various application and take orders therein. High Court remedy can b sought thereafter only
