Plots marked for EWS in approval copy
Im being offered a plot by a developer that is earmarked for EWS category in the approval diagram. When questioned about the developer says its not an issue and my document writer echoes the views. Im yet to check with the concerned sub-registrar office or a lawyer. However, all documents / forum discussion points that a non EWS person acquiring a plot allotted to EWS category is against law and will have legal implications. The developer while brushing aside my concern states that it will be a dead stock for him if no EWS person comes forth to buy the property. thats a valid concern, but im not sure how the law addresses such a scenario. For now, can i have an advice on whether to move forward with buying this property or not. thanks in advance
