About joint property
I am from Assam, A property is purchased(land with house) in my mother and my own name as joint property, mutation is done, My mother want to remove her name from mutation so that her 50% shere comes to me. And so that no one can claim the mother's shere in future(because I have 3 elder married sisters). My questions are- 1. how many ways are there to remove my mother's name from mutation with my mother consent? 2. Which is the cheapest way to execute this?
