Hello Sir/Mam,
I want mutual divorce from my husband. Currently, I am not working, though I have been working and plan to work again. I have a 6+ month old child. My husband works with a reputed organization and has a fair income. I would like to understand my rights that would help me and my child to sustain after divorce.

You may file a contested divorce petition then he will come and convert it into mutual divorce in the meanwhile file DV case claiming maintenance.

You have to convince your husband for mutual divorce first
if he agrees then you both can file for divorce
If he doesn't agree then you can file a contested divorce with some proper grounds.
and you can claim for maintenance monthly basis for yourself n child.
you and your child have all rights over his property even after divorce.

A.For mutual divorce ur husband should agree for that. But u can file it if sufficient evidence of reasons is with u. U can get maintenance from your husband for urself n child. Also u can get protection order against ur husband's harassment and order of shelter in case of shared household
