Photography Service not done and harassed us
Ruined the big day by not delivering deliverablesI seek your advice regarding a dispute with Photographer and Company which we booked for our event held on 25th November - We paid 50% advance to their associate (Anshul), who was later declared a fraud by the company. No one informed us whom to pay the remaining amount to before the event—are we still liable for non-payment? - It has been over four months, and we have not received final deliverables (only raw photos and draft reels). Does this count as deficiency of service? - Can they legally withhold deliverables citing non-payment despite not providing proper payment instructions? - They are falsely claiming full delivery—how can we challenge this? - Groom solo photography was not done on the event day—can we demand written acknowledgment for this? - Can we seek refund/compensation, and what is the best legal action (notice/consumer complaint)? Please guide us on the next steps and documents.
