Noise Disturbance and False allegation and groupism by Upstair Neighbour

I am a working woman living alone far from my family. I am owner of a flat. My upstair neighbour also own his flat. His kids around 12 years old, runs, plays cricket, typically between 11 pm to 0300 am at night. This happens every Friday, saturday, Sunday. Because the kid stays at a hostel and comes home on holidays. Requested help from society committee. But my upstair neighbour has joined their group, they party, smoke, drink, play carrot? Watch cricket match together. So committee is not taking any action against him. I have registered a GD in local PS. Police has said they will visit. But has not yet come. I have messages from my neighbour saying "Yes, my kid is running in the drawing room. Do whatever you can." Also voice recording of them saying "Yes my kids will play at night. I can do anything in my flat. Do whatever you can." My neighbour is saying that I have threatened her kid, entered their flat forecefully. This is not true. I have selfie camera video recording of myself Another committee member is also supporting them in WhatsApp group. How can I get justice and compensation? I am PSU employee in a safety critical job. Due to lack of sleep , I fell sick and had to be taken to emergency care. This is hampering my mental, physical and work life.
