Ancestral Agricultural Land Dispute
My grandfather had 6 bigha Ancestral Agricultural Land in Gujarat and in 1983, 2 Bigha Ancestral agricultural land had been acquired by the Gujarat Government for the canal. In 1985, My grandfather had given remaining 4 bigha Ancestral agricultural land to his one son in the name of Jivan Nirvah although he has 4 son and 4 daughter. And in 2026, the compensation of the land acquired by the Gujarat Government has been given with interest. There is two Question Can my grandfather give his ancestral agricultural land to only his one son although he had 4 son and 4 daughter? And who will get Compensation given by the Gujarat Government for 2 bigha acquired land in legal way ?
